Melody Stanert, Choreographer

Melody Stanert hails from West Chester, PA.  She has worked as a dance instructor at several studios in the Chester/Delaware County area since 2008, and enjoys challenging her students to grow and push themselves to do their best.  Her love of musical theatre deepens with each show; there is nothing like the experience of collaborating with a group of individuals, each with unique gifts, who desire to create a show to entertain audiences.  Melody has performed with numerous local theatres, and in 2010, interned with the Theatre Arts Center where she had a chance to work with Broadway performers and was part of a showcase in NYC.  She holds her BA in Dance from Palm Beach Atlantic University where she graduated with highest honors in 2012.  Melody connected with SALT Performing Arts in the summer of 2014, and continues to enjoy working with the Stagelight program, as well as working as a choreographer on many main-stage productions. As comedian Red Skelton said: “If you have any talent, that’s God’s gift to you; if you use that talent, that’s your gift to God.”
